Ratings and reviews

They recently updated the app and everything is broken. I placed an order yesterday and the tickets are still marked as processing. The drawing was last night and one of them is a winner and there's no way to get the funds. Before this update the app worked perfectly fine. Also, having to calculate how many funds I need to add is annoying since the service fee is now tacked onto individual tickets instead of the initial funding amount. There was no need for that.

The original app were just a lot smoother and easier to use. I especially liked the "shaking" function to get random numbers. Right now the app is also buggy and sometimes displays wrong data such as showing $1000 Daily per Life as Powerball and this issue is still there.. Not really sure why the change and not for the better, not to mention the fee is higher. All these negative comments from me and others simply would not be there if they decide to roll back to old version.

Once drafting became an affiliate with Jackpocket, weird things are happening. This app now seems hacked. My tickets go missing. For example, I can't see them on the past history. They also stopped sending me receipts when buying a ticket. I emailed myself to verify if my email has a problem and my email works fine. Also, the support chat freezes or boots me off. There is no way to contact anyone in the process when having an issue. They will be losing a customer. I don't trust it anymore.
