Great app, I love that someone's always available 24/7 if you need help with anything. This App does it all, reshops to get you the best possible price, easy to navigate with step-by-step instructions and tips, you can change your coverage or carrier, pay for your bill through it and too many other kewl things to list and it's all from the comfort of your home. No more dealing with frustrating agents who can't be flexible with how you want your own coverage to be!!!

Not really sure why an agent has to approve a non-automated payment. That wasn't an issue I had with the Geico app. Also, one of my payments got marked as late because I changed my payment method, but for some reason, the app seemed set on using the terminated card to complete the upcoming payment instead of the new card, which meant I had to pay late charges when the payment ultimately failed. It's not a bad experience, but I'm almost tempted to look elsewhere.

App is easy to use. Setting up coverage is very easy. Unfortunately, the advertisement says no spam calls, but that's not true. I got a bunch of spam calls. I don't think it is necessarily the Jerry app, probably more the insurance companies because they call again every once in a while after the calls slow down. I just ignore the calls by blocking or screening them. Overall, the app and savings are great.

We're so pleased to hear that you find the App easy to use. We're so sorry you're getting spam calls, but we assure you that it's not us. We don't call customers unless they ask so you're right it's probably someone else calling you. All of our proactive communications are via text, notifications, in-app chat, or, rarely, an email.
