Terrible service experience. Tried so many times using this app. It keep asking to connect to joifiber wifi when it's already connected. And yes jio services are really frustrating along with their customer care. So long calls and they don't even lodge the complains and then call gets disconnect. And I believe most of us like me don't have Power to explain everything again and again, so we just drop the choice of complaining.

This just doesn't work. It just doesn't. That's it. The very first step is connecting to the WiFi network. And it can't do that. "Please try again after sometime", says the dialogue box the THOUSANDTH time but canNOT configure itself with the WiFi. Why is it even here?

I hate this app in even if jio have to provide you a service then it has to be a perfect not that just for their mentioning on their page that you'll get inernet and audio and this level of audio service they are giving so please i request jio remove this useless service from their main plan selection page. So viewer can't attract for this service
