Edit: Like many others, I am having a horrible time trying to log into the app. I get stuck on the "Hello" screen more often than I am able to check my balances. I've call customer support, removed it from my phone, reinstalled, done what is recommended and it still doesn't work. it looks like it has been almost a year of these issues. Why isn't it resolved? Edit 2: Cleared the Cache, Uninstaller completely and reinstalled, and still have the same issue.

Hello, please clear the cache and data of the app through your device settings. Once completed, uninstall the app, restart your device and reinstall the app. You may also switch between Wi-Fi and data, whichever provides a stronger connection. if i could rate it for just plain working in its most simplistic form, such as opening up the app to check my balance, that would be the greatest. if it did something other than not fully loading, so i could see what the sign in page looked like or at the very least, maybe see more then a blank app with a continuously revolving hurry up and wait symbol and the word ( hello ) and does nothing adds up to 1/8th of 1/2 of a one star rating. Change it or I'll change banks.

this app is HORRIBLE!!! whenever I open the app it never loads to the log in screen. sometimes I have to close to completely about 10-15 times before I actually works. when I get sick of closing/opening, I go to "Force Quit" it, and it maybe works 1/3 of the time. super frustrating and uninstalling and redownloading it does absolutely nothing.
