I've banked with Capital One for many years and have always been very happy with them and the app....until recently. I do not understand the logic of making me have to receive a code for two part authentication when I'm signing in with biometrics. It's a little frustrating and makes it take longer to do what used to be super quick. Everything else is still great.

app is great when it properly works. One annoying security issue that needs to change is the ID verification to add your debit/credit card to a mobile app. it DOESN'T WORK! Calling customer service doesn't help either as they don't have any solution. It's been 4 years, every time I change my phone, I run into the same issue.

This version of the app is broken. Everytime I try to log in it says my account is locked due to too many login attempts. Then, it opens a web page to verify my identity and I can log in there, but if I go back to the app it's just the same message. My only option is the web. For clarity I can log in on the web if I go directly there. It's only the app that's broken. Edit:They updated the app and still didn't fix this issue. Totally useless app. The old version on my old phone does work lmao
