I downloaded the app because the website is virtually unusable. Turns out incompetence is a running theme for all their platforms because the app is just as bad. If you leave the app at any point you're instantly logged out. So swapping to another app such as email to reference billing expenses means you have to fully log back in when you swap back. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if the Google auto fill login form actually worked. It's enabled but doesn't actually populate the fields.

Well, it works, but it's extremely irritating to use. It takes literally 30+ seconds to load between every page (even switching tabs), password auto fill doesn't work, and all sorts of other usability issues. But hey, as long as I have oodles of time I can manage my account, so I guess that's good?

Aggravating. It lets me get through the whole process and when I click "pay" it backs up and wants more information that wasn't asked for the first time. Every. Time. To make things worse it defaults to the 1st beneficiary in the list when it does this; if you don't catch that change your claim gets denied. It won't let me remove beneficiaries either. It's almost like they want me to mess up so they don't have to pay me. Only twice did it read an EOB at all so function is useless.
