Macy’s is my go to for fashion and deals! The app makes browsing easy with a great selection. My experience has been great, from placing orders to fast deliveries. Occasionally, items aren’t exactly as expected, but the return process is simple and hassle free, giving me confidence when shopping. Customer service is always helpful. I appreciate how Macy’s keeps online shopping smooth and convenient. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Can't make a return through the app. The app says the closest UPS store is more than 100 miles away even though there is one a few miles from my house. My only option for a return is to drive the 30+ miles to the Macy's store, which I might not be able to do before the return date expires. Very disappointed and will definitely think twice before purchasing from Macy's again.

This is the 3rd time now my favorite list has been deleted. I shop at Macys A LOT like 2-3times a week I buy a new outfit. I spend time saving things in my favorites list putting outfits together. When I make a purchase I unheart the item I purchased. When you delete the item from the favorites list, it deletes everything you saved. This app used to be amazing. This just makes them lose sales. I have read this is happening to others in the reviews as well so I know it's not just my phone.
