Overall the app works great. If you are trying to order ahead at a location that isn't physically nearest to you, that's where the issues begin. No matter how many times I try to change the order location, the app automatically keeps trying to update my location to the nearest store. Due to certain in app deals and offers only being available at certain stores, this often leads to more wasted time spent in the app having to redo an order on top of changing the location again. I'll just go to BK.

The app works well for the most part. The only thing is that it has been crashing the first time I open it since the last update. I open it, it crashes, then reopen, it might crash, the 2nd or third time works. Also, wished I could do a survey on my order after ordering it. There is one location that continues to give plain iced coffee instead of it being with cream and sugar like the app says it is supposed to. Or, they will add cream and no sugar. I should be able to do surveys on orders

This is my second review. It has been months since I last left a review. The app is very broken and has yet to be fixed. It constantly crashes. The code either doesn't load at all, or in the rare cases it does- it doesn't work at the drive through, despite having only just opened the app and refreshed the code. At first I thought, whatever, I just can't get rewards and I'll enter the info from the receipt to get my points. Turns out you can only submit 1 receipt per month. Fix the app please.
