Great customer support! After a recent Samsung UI update, the app had some issues. The support team resolved the issue and also made some other nice feature updates to the app. I really appreciate this kind of tech support. In addition, my system has been installed in my home for a few years now and is still going strong. Only had to replace a hard drive, which I was able to do quite easily with an off the shelf HD. Great overall support and product!

Update: 4/23/25 Took a minute but tech support assisted with getting the app back online. I was a little testy at times but all the tech support responses were very professional, cordial, patient, etc etc. 4/08/25 These cameras are great. I've had them for 4 years but viewing went offline in the app 1 week ago. Reaching out to tech support through email and chat. No phone number.

Funkey Monkey
These were an upgrade and I can definitely see a difference in video quality. Had a few hiccups, I highly recommend if you are like me, re running the B&C cables that come with it. I thought the ones I had were fine, during the day they were fine, but at night they would just shut off. After trial and error found the older cables weren't enough for the more powerful night vision on these.
