Planning Center Services is an online scheduling and worship planning application to keep your staff and volunteers connected.

With our native Android app, you get an optimized Planning Center Services experience wherever you are! You can manage your schedule, accept or decline requests, blockout dates, or upload your profile picture. Musicians can use the built-in media player or attachments section to access and rehearse their music. Schedulers can add users to schedules, check for conflicts, and email their teams at any time. Easily add to, reorder, and edit your plans.

Plan pages and your personal schedule will live update to show you the latest information.

Ratings and reviews

These issues are not resolved: there's a bug where moving several days using the arrows in a schedule on a service eventually leads to it not loading days anymore. The arrows don't do anything. You have to back out of the schedule and go back in. Also, the interface can be really slow...painfully. However, it's great to be able to manage schedules and even get notifications for my own position in one app.

Sometimes there are internet and connection issues, but over all, we have been using this app for about 4 years and are pleased with it. Great for keeping the entire team on track, knowing what songs we're doing and who is playing what instrument, who's on vocals and able to schedule more than just a couple weeks at a time. Loading songs is not always convenient.... Sometimes we have to type them in by hand.

It's a good group app for scheduling. However, I've had a lot of little anointing issues. There's no option to not send a push and email notification both when you get a schedule request. And if you don't respond to both you won't be scheduled. Also it asks me everytime I open it if I accept schedules I've already accepted. If you just go to "files" to view chord charts you may not get the correct files. It might have different keyed mp3s and even the wrong chord charts.
