Much faster than website & way less confusing. But Modivcare sent me a text & respond system that is faster & easier. The 1st time I tried the app, I missed my book "72-hrs prior to by 4PM" deadline bc app wanted me to save ALL of providers addresses 1st, which was crazy bc it was past 3PM. When I tried to get back to the booking & the app seemed incapable of taking me there. There was a small struggle to log in using the same info as my site account (waiting for verification codes, etc.).

Booking the return trip using the app was slightly confusing. It was simple to book a one way trip using the app. I had to figure out how to book a round trip using the app. This is my first time using the app so I am hoping my trip goes smoothly. It's great to bypass voice systems and live representatives because the hold time is long with so many dial prompts. Thanks app creators for making something convenient for users. My recommendation is to have it simplified even more.

Unbelievable! I booked a trip. The trip was approved. Two days later it was cancelled. No reason given. All I got was a do not reply email that led to a 47 minute phone conversation with a bunch of idiots! I even provided a trip and confirmation number. What waste of time! Total incompetence. Beta test your app before putting it out there and causing people, undue stress!
