This app is very clean from a UI perspective. I really like the way you can add and customize individual exercises for each workout plan you create. I do think some more work needs to be done to categorize what muscle groups each exercise targets; you can filter by some muscle groups like abs, calves, and glutes, but things like Triceps, Biceps, or Chest are not filter options. All that said, it's a really nice app that, from what i can tell, isn't focused on harvesting user data for profit.

lots of exercises I would like to add to my workout routine that I don't see here, especially in the ab category. it has a pretty big selection but there are definitely things missing. I would also like the ability to rename some of the added exercises like crunches for example. Cross arm crunches, long arm crunches, clapping crunches.... I have to add those all under "crunches" because no way to differentiate them.

It's an awesome app with amazing experience for workouts when planning by yourself each step of workout. It's actually usable and did what I downloaded it for from the stack of other apps. Free and without ads. Beginner friendly and not sophisticated. Practical for adjusting time of rest in between and exercise with choice of above 250. Great work, keep it up.
