I started for the premium service a little over a month ago. I wanted to start paying off bad debt and increase my score. This app shows somewhat recent changes, but the information is not accurate, showing updates from last month. Also, there's no way to see the details of debt, late payment, etc. In the Alerts section under "What's hurting your score" there are categories there but no detail, so this does not work for me. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Even when you update your 3B report, not all information is refreshed. This app is not worth the money. FICO scores are a joke and credit worthiness is not reflected. I just sold my home and used proceeds to payoff 90% of all my debt. I was expecting a nice bump in my credit scores. Instead, my score went down 5-10 points with all 3 bureaus. How is this possible?

Yet another scam, and here's why: I paid for all access to all of the credit scores in all of the categories, only to find out that this app does NOT frequently update all of the categories like it does the main score. The subcategories, i.e., auto, home, credit card, etc., update 1x a month, making it worthless to someone who's actively monitoring their credit to make a move. As a free app monitoring the single main score, it's accurate and prompt, but for everything else? Don't waste your $$.
