there's a lot of problems with tip batting where people promise a tip of up to $10 and then take it away right after drop off even if everything was done correctly and I feel like everything is rushed now too. I'm driving to drop off and order and the app doesn't see the traffic qnd takes the order away right when we get there. I think the tip shouldn't be able to be changed and we should be able to report customers for tip batting and sketchy activities like if they do or say weird things.

Radical changes are needed in the app! For the past 3 weeks,I've been facing the same issue every single day: I keep getting a huge number of shop & delivery orders - sometimes 8-10 a day. I've spoken with several other runners, and they only get 1-2 of these at most. This is very unfair!I've contacted support multiple times by email and once by phone, but nothing has changed. Because of this, my acceptance rate keeps dropping. I do this full-time, so something has to be done!Thank you!

I just started delivering for favor. The app says you can get your money in 90 minutes but often you can't until the next day. I am unable to be a reliable consistent driver because my pay is unreliable and inconsistent. I'm stranded for the second day in a row with no gas after providing the service and no pay. I'm very frustrated. honestly if I could give them I worst review I would.
