Ratings and reviews

Be very careful before joining GymNation. Their cancellation policy is unreasonable and intrusive—they ask for visa cancellation, medical records, termination letters, or proof of moving 30km away. They don’t accept dissatisfaction or personal choice as valid reasons. No replies to emails or calls. Cheap prices come with cheap service and zero flexibility. Leaving is a nightmare. Think twice before signing up. I went to the reception and the answer is "that's the rules, sorry you have to pay".

terrible. they call you only for money. I have sent 4 requests to cancel my membership for having a lower back issues with xray proof and doctors note. and they still charge me monthly. now threatening me with 200 aed fine for not paying a month. I rather pay my physio.

Gymnation app has a lot of great features that make it a convenient and useful tool for gym-goers. The ability to access the gym without needing a physical card or fingerprint is certainly a great convenience. Additionally, the ability to view all classes across multiple locations without having to log in and out is a great time saver. The GymNation on demand feature is also a great addition, as it allows users to access workout classes from home or when travelling.
