I’m really disappointed with the BOC app today. It’s so slow, keeps crashing, and fails to send OTP messages on time. I’ve had several transactions fail, but the money was still deducted from my account. Managing my finances has become a real hassle, and the customer support is no help at all. It’s frustrating and unreliable.

I’ve been using the BOC app for a long now, and I have to say it's been a disappointing experience. The app is incredibly slow & frequently crashes, which makes managing my finances a real hassle. Navigating through the various features is unintuitive, and it often takes multiple tries to complete simple transactions. Additionally,the customer support through the app is unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, I find the app to be frustrating and unreliable. I hope they make significant improvement.

The BOC Banking app is frustrating to use, as it requires a high-speed internet connection to function properly. Additionally, it hasn't been updated in over a year, which raises concerns about its reliability and security. Many features seem outdated, and the lack of responsiveness from developers further diminishes the user experience. I hope to see improvements soon, but for now, I cannot recommend this app
