Ratings and reviews

Jiji is a very good platform for getting what you want ranging from goods to services. Very nice. But I am a developer I couldn't help but notice that people who want things have no space to post customized requests where one can be able to say what they want to buy be it a service or a good. Add that, please.

Keeps getting worse. You can't even see the full description of an item anymore. You can't apply filters when going through a specific seller's platform. Keywords barely work.

Very poor, when you are looking to start selling on the app as a new subscriber the experience is very poor.... I paid for a package that was supposed to expire in one month, unfortunately it's now nine days to expiry and haven't sold anything, there customer care always calls to encourage me to add more money to try something. Mostly it's for their own gain, they don't care about the customer anymore...... Paying 7000 hoping to change my life but it has ended up to disappoint me..
