App doesn't work. Disconnects regularly. Left side never connects consistently. Sound quality is garbage. Highjacks calls. In the unlikely event it does connect on a call the caller can't hear me. It's not the phone since nothing else has this problem. Hearing aids themselves sound terrible with periodic feedback noise even in a quiet room. Listening to music in the car is impossible when wearing the hearing aids as the sound quality is horrible and feedback is intolerable.

Constantly disconnects and reconnects, whether you're in a phone call or listening to music. Prior version did as well, but this version is way worse! I've used this with different Samsung phones and replacement hearing aids with the same results. Also, this app seemed to cause a lag on my phone. When I uninstalled the app, my phone was much faster. Overall, my Phonak hearing aids worked much better and were more reliable. I will be switching back to them with my next set.

This app is terrible! my Oticon hearing aids worked great with the other app. why did you have to change it? I'm always having to force stop and turn it back on. I never had to do that with the older app. That app also automatically picked up my aids as soon as I took them off the charger. This new app does not! Even when I can get this to pick up my aids, sounds can still be heard through my phones speakers. I don't like that. please fix this mess of an app!
