Very user-friendly, & a good reminder that I really do need to keep my phone charged & with me. I fear the moment my phone is lost or unusable. We know this will happen at some point! My concern is that I have to reset my password frequently and can't use passwords that I've used before. My memory is unable to keep up with this, nor can I remember the security questions I chose, so that feature is useless.

To simply clock-in, it's quite an effort, in addition to having to wait to navigate, for something so simple; although understood for securities. This is for the Android app (not Windows desktop), this there is nothing about Quick Login at the bottom of any screen; nor do I have connection issues.

it's a helpful app. There have been a couple of times where I pressed the wrong button by mistake and I had to contact my employer to fix it, because it wouldn't let me do it. It's pretty straightforward.I think it would be helpful though if when you say, clock out for lunch, when I meant to clock out for the day that they'd have a pop-up to confirm your choice before submitting it. Might save adults with large fingers from pressing the wrong buttons and submitting the wrong info by mistake.
