This app is terrible to use. I just spent 15 minutes attempting to place an order because the app crashed, it wouldn't retain the cart contents, declined my initial payment which gave no option to go back and retry (had to start the order over again due to not retaining cart contents), and would erase entered credit card information if you switched windows. This app needs to be significantly improved from a user experience perspective.

gets the job done, but not well. if you put an item in the basket and made a mistake, there is no edit option; you just have to do it all over again (and remember to remove your old one from the cart). there is also no option to type a note about your order such as to request substitute or add/remove items such as an extra side of sauce, so you're limited to the picklists, which are also limiting to the actual menu and not all encompassing. better off calling in until these things are addressed.

Don't know if there is a large volume of orders right now or what, but there was an error code that popped up when I ordered and tried again, only to be taken back completely to the home page. Not sure if it isn't just putting me in the next que or what. Very annoying. Ended up calling my order in after trying to place it online after 45 min.
