It appears my toothbrush and the app are not syncing. Several times, my guided sessions are not showing on a particular day, but if I scroll down in the history, it displays as guided. For example, I brushed twice today, 4/1 (morning and night), each a guided session, and neither appears for the day. I make sure I hit the save button. It's very annoying.

Posting a new review now that I've had the IO 10 and used this app for about 2 weeks. All of my guided sessions suddenly turned unguided today, and the app completely lost my session this morning. I've had nothing but a bad experience with this app, and that's besides a bug I reported to support when I first installed and started using it. I thought it would be a fun way to keep up with my brushing habits, but it's really not worth it at this point.

We're sorry your sessions changed to unguided and you lost your session. If you change to tongue cleaning mode before clicking "done", your session can be lost. We'd like to learn more, so when you have a chance, please call us at (800) 566-7252.

Your latest update crashes the app now. I can no longer use it as part of my daily dental hygiene. Why didn't you just leave this app as it was. The prior version worked well. I am sure that I am not the only Android user to experience this. Please fix the app. The new update was very confusing to set up and frankly, does not work as well. Your app is not detecting my toothbrush or when I am brushing it says "toothbrush paused" as I am brushing. Or, it said brush longer after I did.

We're sorry the app has been crashing, & would like to help. To help improve position detection, start with the outside surfaces of the teeth & move from one tooth to the next, letting the brush sit against each tooth briefly, and then repeat this with the chewing and inside surfaces.
