Ratings and reviews

The app is fine, helpful even, but Snapshot sucks. You're required to allow it constant access & it drains the battery. Turning it off doesn't help bc it'll turn itself back on even if the phone hasn't moved at all. The driving records are inaccurate, too. Some are logged, some are not. If you use hand-free through Bluetooth, it'll log it as if you're using the device. It has logged my trips as if I'm riding on a bus/bicycle & if you hit a pothole it activates hard braking. It's not worth the $.

I never have a conflicting matter with using Progressive Insurance. Usage on the app is safe and easy as well as calling for assistance. I've been with Progressive for many many years and I trust them the most. One of the lowest prices and if ever you need to change the payments it's very easy and accommodating. I've gone to others and tried them and I keep coming back to Progressive. I'm not going to any other insurance provider for my auto coverage, ever.

I'm so pleased that the app completely logs you out and can't remember your login if you haven't used it for long enough. What an excellent decision for an app that holds information that isn't printed and mailed to you as a convenience anymore, that is supposed to be easily accessible at any moment, and refuses to remember your login or even give you a reminder that you are to be permanently logged out. Fantastic idea, I'm sure it's in the name of security you can't access your own information.
