The app is fine, helpful even, but Snapshot sucks. You're required to allow it constant access & it drains the battery. Turning it off doesn't help bc it'll turn itself back on even if the phone hasn't moved at all. The driving records are inaccurate, too. Some are logged, some are not. If you use hand-free through Bluetooth, it'll log it as if you're using the device. It has logged my trips as if I'm riding on a bus/bicycle & if you hit a pothole it activates hard braking. It's not worth the $.

The app works terrible. two-factor authentication is permanently enabled and no longer able to be shut off. this would be fine if this wasn't a joint account.. By doing so, You have successfully just made it so that we cannot function the way we need to. can't use your services as a result . Can't wait to cancel at the end of the policy. The app also summarizes things differently than the web version.

Great service since you still have humans, and that's the main reason I stick with your team. However, the billing dates, process, and withdrawal are completely random , different amounts, and do not match with the info provided over the phone. In the long run, everything ads up, but a random $250 dump on the credit isn't what I expected after a quick policy change.
