The app work only once. I made an order and the order was processed and received. The pizza arrive, but the order didn't end. It says that the order is still being cooked and since you can only have one ongoing order, the app just don't work anymore. I tried contacting customer service and they say that the order is already done on their side and that they can't do anything. So the app is now useless for me

🔥First Time Using Pizza Hut ID App & It Slaps!🔥 Yo, first time tryna the Pizza Hut Indonesia app, and man, they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Ordered the 1-meter LIMO Pizza, thought delivery would be a mess, but nah—they PULLED UP RIGHT ON TIME, FRESH, AND INTACT!😆💯 App's smooth, hella promos, and easy to use. No cap, this finna be my go-to for pizza now. 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!🍕🚀💖
