APP IS UNUSABLE. Clicking anything pops up 3-5 error messages reading "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again in a few seconds." It has been like this for months. I have been unable to do any of the necessary things I need to do through this app (because for some reason there have to be two separate apps for this). For your own sanity, find another wifi provider.

I loved the app at first, because I could control anything that my childten/grandchildren did on WiFi, from usage, to parental controls, and bedtime schedules. They shortly after updated it, after updating the app, it all went downhill. I wouldn't even rate it one star now!!! They need to go back to how it was at the beginning. I believe to get it back to how it was, I need to pay more for it. Why should I have to do that when I'm a Breezeline customer already!!!

You NEED the app to change your wifi network login settings? How anti-user-friendly can you get? Then, you want to change your router log-in settings? Here are 10 hoops to jump through. Why does the website offer different settings and options than the app? If you're trying to drive people to the app, try getting the app and mobile web view to look more similar while offering a more user-friendly experience on the app. Then, just let people naturally migrate to the app? Boomer logic will kill ya
