I had no problems for a long time. they did some update. Now the info isn't correct. but I sign into the computer, and the zebra using them so.......now Sept 6th and I have deleted and reinstalled, 2 step verification. STILL CANNOT GET IN.

Not the Connect that used to be! I purchased a blood pressure machine from Walgreens, because it offered a Bluetooth app to keep a record of the results. That went away. The pharmacy indicated that a new one was in the works, I was hoping this was it, to no avail. 4 - 5 Years later, and still no replacement app. I paid the extra amount for something that they haven't bothered to replace, offer a refund, or inform of what will work. Then they come out with an app with the same name, I call foul!

This company is absolutely horrible including its software. The poor technicians that have to work at this company are working off. what is most likely Windows 1995 and I am absolutely 100%. not kidding! Walgreens is one of the cheapest companies that I have ever experienced working there for almost 2 years. our telephone was duct taped to the wall, And two of the five computers would not even boot up! so customers would yell at us because we couldn't help them because our terminals were a POS!
