I'm not sure why they changed from the old app. I lost all my notes, and this one only allows notes on a certain transactions, and they are limited to less than 10 characters. Also, it no longer gives me a breakout of principal and interest when I make a loan payment, like the old one did. Overall, way less helpful to me and greatly increases my workload. Please fix it or go back.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this app has me seeing red. I would give zero stars if I could. I am a new customer who got transferred over from Legacy Bank. The Legacy Bank mobile app was perfect. I never had any problem with the app or with Legacy Bank for that matter. I installed this app last week and have not been able to get past the log in page. Every single time I get "An error has occurred. Please try again or call some 800 number." Not only that, there are icons at the bottom of the screen that are covering up text. After I log in, there is a Terms & Conditions page that comes up. I can barely check the box at the bottom but the rest is obscured by those icons. Is there an option to click "ok," "next" or "accept" so I can proceed & access my account info? I don't know because I can't see anything and I cannot go any further. This is clearly a problem with the app and not with the bank or with my account so calling that 800 number to speak to a rep sitting in a call center about an app that they didn't write code for is not going to help me. I sure hope a new update comes out ASAP because this version has some major issues. Sigh...

Mobile deposits are next to impossible. It refuses to recognize the back of a check, and the "manual" option is worthless. You can't focus the picture yourself, the app does it for you, but it won't focus if it doesn't recognize anything. Spent an hour trying to deposit a paycheck before it finally worked, only to find out it was rejected 2 days later.

The latest update provides access to the Zelle® QR code. The QR Code provides peace of mind knowing you can send money to the right person, without typing an email address or U.S. mobile number.
The update also includes minor bug fixes and security enhancements.
