The App works generally ok, but oftentimes distorts videos even though they have been fitted to the screen which is caused by how slow it loads videos. I believe that the default setting should be "fit" rather than "fill". I also am very disappointed that Aura doesn't work with OneDrive or with NAS drive storage. I regret not doing more research before buying a frame.

I really wish there was an option to create different photo shows, likes groups of photos to select to be displayed on the frame. I want to select certain photos to be placed in a folder to be shown on the frame at different times of the year, such as Christmas themed from memories of years past. It's really cumbersome to go through the hundreds of photos on the aura app to select and deselect every time I want to change the display photos on the frame.

Great app, great frames, easy and intuitive to use! You can be anywhere in the world ( that has an internet connection), snap a photo and send it your Frame(s) instantly, no limit to the number of pictures , no monthly fees, no b.s.! great picture quality, i can even download from the frame back to my phone if i accidently deleted the original. i've had 2 frames for over 3 years now and haven't had a single issue with either. yup, they cost more than most, and they're worth every penny!!
