The App works generally ok, but oftentimes distorts videos even though they have been fitted to the screen which is caused by how slow it loads videos. I believe that the default setting should be "fit" rather than "fill". I also am very disappointed that Aura doesn't work with OneDrive or with NAS drive storage. I regret not doing more research before buying a frame.

The setup was easy, adding pictures is easy, it gives you the option to add them through the app text or email so family/friends can add pictures as well, it can do 1 picture at a time or 2 at once, videos have sound if you wish to play the sound, I have no complaints whatsoever. I had another brand's digital picture frame and this one has more options

I really wish there was an option to create different photo shows, likes groups of photos to select to be displayed on the frame. I want to select certain photos to be placed in a folder to be shown on the frame at different times of the year, such as Christmas themed from memories of years past. It's really cumbersome to go through the hundreds of photos on the aura app to select and deselect every time I want to change the display photos on the frame.
