When it comes to Zip, there's good and there's bad but there's one thing about the app that's absolutely TERRIBLE. In order to get your spending limit increased, you have to pay off 5 orders but every time I pay off the 4th order, it starts back over and this has happened numerous times. So it's basically IMPOSSIBLE to increase your limit.

Was fantastic until my bank decided to randomly dispute a charge without my knowledge, which caused Zip to lock my account even though there were no prior or further problems with payments. After months of trying to get it resolved, I was told by support that there's nothing they could do. Totally ridiculous that something out of my control that I didn't even KNOW about until it was too late is the reason I can no longer use it. Edit: Devs responded telling me to try the app again. I CAN'T 😂

does what it's supposed to until it doesn't. Recently I've had a lot more issues with this service than ever before. in store declines the ZIP card but Zip still charges my card and the 3-5 business day holds can definitely last upward 2 weeks. on apps, it declines purchases, then still proceeds to charge you, because to ZIP you made the purchase. Even if you show them proof it declined. Not worth it anymore in my experience. Sad for them.
