I've had a Shaw's account for 5+ years and all of a sudden, when I try to log in, it says, "sorry we're having technical difficulties". and when I try to make a new account, "you don't have permission to request this action". I'm getting the same exact error messages on mobile and on browser, on multiple devices. it's been MONTHS since I could log in!! so I guess I'll finally delete the app since nobody wants to fix the issue or help me out. Hannaford Rewards works just fine ☺️

This app is horrible. It saves parts of my substitutions, then not others. Last night, I tried over FIVE times to get it to work. It would save one or two substitutions, then not anymore. I also added a free delivery code (it did remove the cost from my total at the time), but the fee is back on this morning. So deceptive. I will shop other grocery stores before I ever shop Shaw's again. Also, not the first time they have been deceptive on their app.

This app made food shopping so easy. I especially liked the chat feature utilized when an item is not available, and I am able to respond to the shopper. Wonderful....EDIT: Down to 2 the app is wonderful, the carside delivery has become awful. I use carside delivery out of necessity. Most of the time, items I order are not available, though the app says they are and my shopper is not always helpful in the chat. I'm happy with the app itself, but have become very disappointed in my local Shaws.
