Biometric login doesn't work after the update. Everytime i need to type user name and password. Feel like I'm in 80's. And it takes much longer time to log in by using password. What is the point of using an app if it's not user friendly. One of the worst banking apps.

Since the update, the app is like your customer service, non existant. So many banks have done so much to aid people through this pandemic, but this bank is the worst. I would not even give a rating for this or your customer service, its quite shameful. Still unable to see credit card balance - waste of time, just like your customer care service...
