so far,so good I've only been using the app for a few days and I feel safe to say it's a good app.ive been having a serious problem with the app,it no longer gives me notifications for my open or closing doors, I've call and Noone seems to know what to do to fix it, so I'll most likely be changing to another alarm company very soon,

The app is not allowing me to type in my user name to log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still can't type it in. When I press one letter, multiple letters pop up. I've restarted my phone and reinstalled the app again and the same thing happens. I'm really not liking this change already. I can see it's gonna be problems.
