Edited - it looks to be fixed now! Thank you!! The app (and the website) have not been working since implementing the Captcha feature. I can't log into either places, even with my fingerprint ID. I select the correct captcha images and it says "this is awkward, we're experiencing technical difficulties" and to try again later, well that's been over a week now! Please fix!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE! I wish I had $1 for every time I seen the "oops, we are temporarily unavailable" notice on the website and app because I would have enough money to start my own banking service. The constant not being able to access anything because it's always down; can't check my balance, transactions or anything. The monthly fee should be waived for this headache and for transactions getting declined even though there's plenty of money in there to cover what I'm trying to purchase. Just HORRIBLE!

This was my main banking app for over 5 years with no problems. Within the last 6 months my account has been hi-jacked twice. After much back and forth a few days and a ton of frustration, it was thankfully refunded. However they punished ME by freezing MY money for 30 days. Avoid this service if you can. You'll be surprised at how many merchant's DON'T take amex. There are definitely much better money apps like chime and PayPal to use. It seems to me that Amex is near its end.
