Now Mobile allows pre-hires, new hires, and employees to find answers and get stuff done across IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal and other departments, all from a modern mobile app powered by the Now Platform®.

Examples of things you can do in the app:

• IT: Request a laptop or a reset password

• Facilities: Set up a new workspace or book a conference room

• Finance: Request a corporate credit card

• Legal: Have a new vendor sign an NDA or a new hire sign an onboarding document

• HR: Create or update a profile or check the vacation policy

I cannot book workspace using the Reservations tool. Not matter what desk I click there is no option to book.

Edit: 24 hours later I finally could log in. Mostly Frustration since having to use this for work. It worked for a couple weeks following several weeks of glitches and errors. Then came today. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times today alone. I even did a factory data reset on my phone. Still, I cannot log in. It does not respond to screen touch. I've sent a message to our IT department about all the headache I have had with it but for now it is about as useful as a brick to me.

ive had the app for a matter of minutes and i have already found so many issues. for example, upon logging in, I got the prompt saying "successfully logged out" and the app froze so I had to restart it. there's also no way to have the QR code display without wifi, so i would have to screenshot it, taking up the already limited space on my device. I was already skeptical at seeing the low rating this app has, and now I know it wasn't just kids trying to get the app kicked off the play store.

- Added support for 16KB page sizes
- Offline scheduled downloads cancel with background apps
- The on-demand form screen doesn’t refresh after an action
- UI parameters can’t be opened for the 'Space Details' screen
- Offline polling timeout should match the server timeout
- Allow the ability to turn off the ‘Ask a Follow Up’ feature in Enhanced Chat
- Other performance improvements and minor bug fixes
