Can't view everything. Website or email best. Most terrible customer svc ever! They're public utility so they don't care. Always price gouging and lots of down time for home WiFi keeps dropping. Feedback and they don't care. Requested minimal line payment for overseas reasons (using overseas number instead) and they give excuses for not enabling service (because they will lose $). They can view our expenditure records. They know they need to. 1 more issue and we'll terminate family subscription!

This app never works. By far the most important part of the app is the box at the top of the home screen. But that box never loads. On my phone, it is always blank. I need that for setting up roaming. I previously had luck with uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but that doesn't work anymore. Why can't we add roaming on your website? Why do you require that we use this app that doesn't work? Please fix your app! BTW, I don't want to call customer support...I just want the app to work!!!

2024-10-16: They appear to have fixed the issue with downloading the ebills, it's now working as it should. I had previously tried to reinstall the app to no avail. It was impossible to speak to anyone on the helpline. The app support was no better. I tried their WhatsApp help, but only got stock replies from Shirley the AI bot. All very frustrating. So it appears Google app reviews is the fastest way to get through to them. So sad. I expect much better support from such a large incumbent.
