Your international call block is not working. +60 and +86 country code scam calls are coming through despite the block being active. Re: Your chatbot does not help. I tried giving feedback but it just kept telling me to sign up for international call block. The AI completely failed to address the problem, that's why I'm forced to leave a feedback here. I suspect scammers are using spoofed numbers to bypass the block. Your network has no countermeasures for this.

Faced User Interface issue & whenever I want to purchase Roaming, always need to uninstall & install back for Android phone. It is really not convienient. Hope Singtel App development team can look into it. It has been more than 3 times.

App is rubbish - always buggy, slow, never loads properly and I don't know what updates they've made but now every click requires me to keep signing back in. Biggest regret switching to Singtel. Not sure why they're the most famous in SG!
