Great structure! I love how much I can customize! There are a variety of options for popular workout routines. Within that I can select my rest days, and choose from a huge database of movements based on my equipment available. By following the routine it is helpful in selection of weight and keeping me on task with appropriate rest time between sets. I want to explore the nutrition/meal component more. It is so cool to have everything in one place. Thank you!

I like that it makes the meal planning much easier. I hate having to plan out macros and build recipes. I wish it could build the grocery list correctly, though. it tells you what to buy, but not the correct quantities. I also wish it would integrate with something like Instacart. Ideally I could choose my meals, click a button and import that grocery list to a grocery delivery service and then move on with my day.

Hi Paul can you please contact me at philip@strongrfastr.com with more details about the incorrect quantities issue? Is this for the whole list or are there specific items you've noticed issues with? Instacart integration is also a long-term goal but we're working on another big project at the moment

The free version of the app is great, considering upgrading too. The meal tracking is the beat I've seen and the fact that even the free version can generate a daily meal plan is great. One thing I'd change: when adding an off-plan meal, you can click on a Recent item and open/edit it. That would be nice, especially if it was a longer named meal.
