One of the worst customer care experiences. There is no proper way to contact them. They only respond to queries that match the limited options provided, and there's no way to raise a query outside of those. When I tried contacting them through online customer care, they simply asked me to raise a complaint through the designated app. But even in the app, they just say we’ll call you shortly,” and no one calls even after waiting for more than an hour. This is a very poor and frustrating customer

Very bad experience! I had an order given for some stationary handwritten items. Porter said they will deliver it in 4 to 5 days. They didn't do that. The receiver wasn't available after 5 days at the destination. Then I asked for the parcel to return. I received a return after a month. That was some different parcel at all. My handwritten item (which was very important for me) has lost.

I have given 5 star to the porter application and I have also recommended to many on the basis of earrings from the porter. but I have lost my trust and patience on Porter for screen control. Worst strategies and evil mind Involved. request you kindly make the change in it and let the rider to be comfortable to ride.
