I'd heard Porter was good, but I didn't like it. There are several reasons why I dislike and don't work with Porter. 1- Porter's commission rate is high, and they also charge the customer GST, but don't give the delivery partner the correct amount, as you mentioned, 10 rupees per kilometer. 2- When a customer places an order, there should be an option to take a photo to make it clear whether the item is large or small. 3- There's no "drive to home" feature, which sometimes results in returnin

I'm working as a delivery partner with Porter, and honestly, the experience has been very disappointing. I have tried many times to go online, but every time the same error shows up: "time_not_synced". However, the time on my phone is completely correct. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and logged in again, but the same error keeps coming up. And Porter’s customer service is really very poor.

The order frequency is very low you may not get any order for 2-3 hours. and even if you get an order it just reflects on screen for 10 seconds, which is very disappointing and if you are late for accepting it then the other driver accepts it within the time frame of only 10 seconds. The orders receiving must be readable and visible for at least 1 minute so that the driver gets the idea upon total distance whether he can take the order or not.
