Now a fan of the new app. I tried to redeem my free fountain drink today. It then appeared in my available rewards, but there was no way to redeem at the register. No QR code to scan like the old app, and when I swiped my rewards card no offer was available. There is also no way to scan your rewards card digitally or pay with the app at the register like you used to be able to do. Huge downgrade and very disappointing experience. Now I'm stuck with rewards points that I'm unable to rede.

Ever since downloading the "new and improved" app, I cannot open the app. All I get is an error message that says "unable to load application configuration due to poor internet or issue on our end. Please check your connectivity and try again." I'm on a 5G connection with full signal and never had one issue with the old app.

The Royal Farms app is actually pretty great overall! 👍 It has a few minor flaws, but honestly, it works smoothly about 90% of the time, and I love earning those coffee rewards ☕. Mobile ordering works perfectly right up until the moment you arrive at the store... then it's a letdown. 😩 It's frustrating to show up only to find that no one has started preparing your order. They need to fix that connection between the app and the kitchen! 😠 Solid app for rewards and ordering, but poor execution
