Good if app supports your device. Bad if it doesn't. Came to give 5 stars as my first encounter was bad, headphones didn't recognize. However, sent them back (black cheaper go ones) for ones supported (red go ones with solar panel) and they showed first time with everything working as it should. Developers: Improve the UX around device scanning and tell people when their headphones aren't supported, and you'll see an improvement in perceived app performance.

The app is still so very buggy. I have the Fidelio L3. The app is slow to launch and connect, you can't really disable the wear sensor or have it save the setting, ANC turns on and immediately off, and the appearance is that the app doesn't actually do anything. This is an example of a good product ruined by terrible software. Phillips, people spent a lot of money on your product and you should do more to ensure it works properly. Faster updates, better update QC, and firmware updates.

It is very nice application for TWS headset. i really enjoying it as it is very simple to use. I bought the first tws from Philips and I am really satisfied. the adjustment in application is very simple and showing additional settings for my headset to select as my preference.
