the greedy ***** gradually raised their prices, and the app never functions properly. their "high speed" data is just normal functioning data speed and unless you pay with a limb or two, you'll only get 10gigs of the data before it slows down so much that it takes up to an hour to load a 60sec tiktok and then buffers every second or two. The app itself offers deals but never loads them even with a good internet connection. Overall, overpriced, poor functionality, poor connection.

The previous version was fine and easier to use. After this latest update, the app would not let me pay for 2 lines at once with the discount. I was forced to update the app. After I paid for one line separately, I thought I'd be able to just pay for the second line separately, but Nooo. Then the app made me HAVE TO pay for both lines together. So I ended up having to pay the price of 3 service plans instead of 2. Trying to figure out how to get a refund but the customer is trash with ST.

Horrible app. I do not want to log in every time I click on something new. The point system, which is a scam at best, takes way too long to build up. I've been a customer for over 10 years and yet have never received enough points to get a month of service. In fact, I've only ever got data extensions with my points... twice, in 10 years I was able to save up enough points for 2 uses of data extensions. The app itself is programmed horribly. The service is good and cheap though.
