How they have such a high rating is beyond me. Their app has so many issues. It is the least user-friendly app I think I have ever used and I feel like it just gets worse. For a company as big as they are, you would think they could afford a more user-friendly streamlined app experience. Constantly getting kicked out, half of their links and buttons do nothing at all when you click them, they still aren't covering my walmart+ despite their advertising, and won't let me redeem rewards!

Well, I've only had this phone for a couple of weeks and decided to try and login to the My Straight Talk account but I get stuck at the "Enter Your Password" spot. The password I thought I had doesn't work, and the Reset Password doesn't work either. It sends me the email, but when I click the link, it takes me right back to the Login page. No Reset Option exists. I called the customer service number, but that just takes me on an AI whirlwind back and forth and around and around.

So every time I try to change my plan to a less expensive one, the app crashes and then locks me out. Something tells me that seeing as how every OTHER feature works just fine that this is a bug purposefully put in the app to keep you from switching to a less expensive plan. I would reach out to customer service, but they never pick up the phone! I get paid next week and once I do, I'm done with straight talk.
