So every time I try to change my plan to a less expensive one, the app crashes and then locks me out. Something tells me that seeing as how every OTHER feature works just fine that this is a bug purposefully put in the app to keep you from switching to a less expensive plan. I would reach out to customer service, but they never pick up the phone! I get paid next week and once I do, I'm done with straight talk.

The actual phone service works just fine, once you can finally get into the app to pay for it 💀 When I first started using the straight talk app 3-4 years ago I hardly ever ran into any issues but it seems in the last year the app has become unusable. Anytime you go to log in it just has errors or loads to the same screen. I also cannot redeem my points at all for the same reason. Despite waiting through a couple updates I've seen no improvement to the usability of this app.

Straight talk itself is really good, and I haven't had any issues with them. Trying to navigate on this app is super glitchy. It spazzes out. I have to log in to the app every 30 seconds, and then it automatically refreshes my page, so I lose what I was looking for. And to top it off, it won't let me redeem the points I've earned from years of service. 😊 Fix the app. It's horrible.
