I've always liked this easy-to-use app but for the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to sign in, rendering it useless. I miss being able to use it to check in, especially, along with the calendar feature. Additional: When I try to log in it says I have the incorrect email or pswd but I can access my online account just fine so that is not the problem. I have tried resetting the pswd and I also uninstalled/reinstalled the app but that didn't fix it, either. Thanks for the help!

Hi Kellie, this sounds like the app isn't connecting to the Gym database correctly, are you able to see what the app says if you try to use the get my login option instead of just trying to login. If it looks like it's still not working from there I would recommend checking in with the Gym as it sounds like that might have a setting turned off

Great app, until you belong to more than one place that uses it... Like a Climbing wall and a Fitness Gym that both use this, and\or other facilities. Then each time you go to the facility not logged in, you need to log out, and re-login with a different account. Doing this every other day to book classes or swipe access gets annoying... Focus is on the use for the gym\facility, not the end user experience. Otherwise great app.

The team is aware of this aspect and is currently looking into options around improving this side of the app for a better user experience when multiple facilities are using our app in this fashion. Currently we don't have an eta on this but it is something we wish to improve on.

Works fine most of the time, but yesterday and today I noticed the NFC check-in isn't available anymore which is how I get into the gym (locked doors). Have to use a fob now which is kind of annoying.

The team has pushed out an update for the check-in option sometimes not showing up, it looks like some devices were getting stuck and weren't updating this config. The most recent release should fix this issue. Hope this helps.
