Horrible. had to uninstall reinstall to get it to work. Can't use the app to pay make loan payments. When you click on make a payment takes you to an off app link where i have to log in and fill out all my data again and again. Why does this suck so much in 2024. I pay nearly 100 dollars a month in interest charges on my loan as i am sure many others do. Why can't you spend a little to have an app that you can make payments to easily?

Describe my experience? Frustrating! 90% of the time when I try to log in to make a payment, my screen just spins. I get logged on okay but the app is useless as far as being a convenient way to make payments on my loan. The banks website isn't any better. Its like "yeah, we'll give you an auto loan but unless you have a bank acct at UBT, we'll make it really difficult for you to make a payment" Grrrrrr!!!!! Update: App still stinks. Screen just spins when I try to log in to the payment side.

I got a message saying that this version of the app no longer works. The app opened a link to the Google Play store. I clicked "Update". Now, when I enter my credentials into the login screen, it just says "error occurred". Great update guys, keep it up 👍
