Had trouble with downloading it initially, had to try more than 10 times. It worked for me for about 3 weeks before an error message was the only thing that would load on the app. The message was telling me that I had no network connection but I absolutely did. Deleted the app and redownloaded it a few times but I kept getting the same message. Deleted it for 2 weeks and tried downloading it again. Experienced the same problems as before.

I love UMass 5. The app is very intuitive and easy to use, getting ahold of a real person for customer support is also incredibly easy. They don't try to hide like other banks its an option on the robot list, but the robot is also very helpful for basic things. The only thing I wish was different was listing my credit card purchases like they do my debit card purchases but it's not anything awful. They have been my main bank for 4 years now and I'm probably never leaving!

Certainly convenient when it is functioning as described. The feature that permits remote photo deposits (alone) saves time and fuel. So, the app contributes... Five stars would be a no brainier if the connection downtime diminishes. Unfortunately, we've lost count of the times the app's connection for services was not available. Still, when it works--it works and transfers, deposits, and balance verifications are at one's fingertips. Very convenient.
