The USAA Mobile App gives you convenient and secure account access from your mobile device. You can manage your finances, insurance and more. With just a few taps, you can do things like transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks.

USAA Mobile App features include:

-Banking: Pay bills, send money with Zelle®, deposit checks, transfer funds and locate an ATM.

-Insurance: Get an auto ID card, request roadside assistance and report a claim.

-Security: Use a PIN or device biometrics to securely log on to the app.

-Search: Find what you need with smart search and chat.

-Widgets: View your balance and transaction history on your home screen using widgets.

I don't know what they were trying to accomplish with this update but please UN-update it. It works 30% of the time I open it and uninstalling and reinstalling worked for a day. It's not even just the mobile app either. It's right after 2 of my accounts were compromised too I hope it's not a bigger issue involving overall security. Very frustrating when I can usually count on USAA to be more reliable than my other banks.

The latest update is horrible. The bill pay section is frustrating beyond belief. A bunch of my bills don't show up that they need to be paid, and you only see that they need to be paid when you click on them and are taken to the pay screen for that bill. The bill pay section used to be very good. The format made everything easy to read, but now everything bleeds together and it's just a terrible interface that's not easy to read, nor does it work properly.

New update adds icons to each transaction line. The icons are so big it reduces the amount of lines I can see by half and forces text to take multiple lines to display. I would love if you removed them or make an option to hide them. They're a distraction and don't improve experience. I wish I wasn't prompted at stores to use cash rewards as payment or provide an option for me to opt out. I have accidentally selected that option because the green button looks like the payment authorization.
