I have to give only 2 stars over the conflicting apps how useless they are for upgrading services or phones without having to physically walk in one of their shops. UScellular most combine the prepay app to the account app. They conflict on logging in with the prepay app sending the user to the other app. Also, they say they give a military discount but that is not true. The discount is only for a few months and they reset account back to normal billing. There is no military discount with them.

App hasn't worked properly since the update in September, and neither has their website. Three months of having to jump through hoops just to pay my bill is not acceptable. Update: it's now 8 months later, and the app is somehow worse. Can't even get to the login screen. When I talked to customer service I was told to uninstall/reinstall and it would fix it. It did not. If I could give negative stars, I would. US CELLULAR - FIX YOUR APP.

Completely USELESS!!! App used to be okay. You could see your account balance and bill (not that the billing system makes any sense to begin with). Now i can't even log in on the app or the website because it directs you to an error page. US Cellular sucks and has never been worth any of the hassle I've dealt with from the beginning. They lie about their charges and then can't even make an app that works.
