It seems only the latest transaction is visible, not practical not useful Edit 2: I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but I can still see only the last 2 transactions, which are payments. Edit: there is a list of payments made in the transaction tab but it's only payments and one is missing. I had to set up a spreadsheet to keep track of things without going through statements all the time. What's the point of the app?

Thanks for coming back to us. Transactions should show all of your payments and purchases. If you're unable to see purchases here, please try deleting and reinstalling the App. Sign back into it as 'Already an App user' and let us know if that works?

From what used to be a very good app, I can no longer use and transfer money as you should be able too. The app just stays in a constant loading mode, only ever working no and then. Will have to look at alternative banking if this continues. Update... with regards to your reply. I wouldn't be able to chat to someone on the app as the app doesn't load, hence my original review.

Sorry for the confusion. Does it make a difference if you close down all other Apps running in the background prior to launching ours?

Since your recent updates, I seemingly no longer can approve payments through the app which only takes me to the landing page but with no authorisations pending and this weekend, the icon has disappeared from my phone, despite still being installed. Update: Thanks for your reply. That's 7 minutes of menu selections wasted, just to have the call terminated before speaking to anyone. Reading the reviews, my issue does not seem isolated.

Sorry to hear the call didn't go to plan. In relation to the icon, if your search the device for 'Credit Card' instead of 'Virgin Money' that should locate it. If you have access to the Mobile App, you could look to link in with the experts via Live Chat too. You'll find them under 'Have A Question? Chat With Us'. Hope the issue is resolved soon.
